Have your Harig Grinder sent to our facility for a complete rebuild with all critical parts replaced and all surfaces reground to factory specifications, including Laser Inspection for flatness. Your machine will boast a professional paint job - in your custom color... We'll even do pink!

Here's what happens:
Upon receipt of your machine, a complete inspection is performed and all details are documented.

Then your machine is systematically disassembled for rework.
The next step in the remanufacturing process is to separate all castings and make them ready for machining.
All way surfaces are reground and prepared for scraping.

In our subassembly department, all machine components come together for scraping and final assembly
Your grinder next enters our professional paint department for preparation and the painting process.
From the paint department, the grinder moves to the final assembly area where it is fitted with new hardware. Your grinder will receive new crossfeed and downfeed screw assemblies, a new lubrication system, and new electronics on handfeed models.
All power machines will receive additional attention to the electronic and hydraulic systems.
The Harig grinding spindle will be rebuilt, receiving new bearings and internal components. Both the motor and the spindle assembly are balanced and the wheel hub taper is reground.
After final assembly, all machine geometry is inspected for flatness and squareness. After final testing, the grinder is then prepared for shipping.
Your machine will function like it did when it was new and will look even better!
All Harig remanufactured grinders receive a full one year warranty for parts and labor.
